Truss signs hang above the entrance to each section & the runner passes under them to enter the next area. Numbers on the signs, one – four, indicate the runners’ progression through the expo. The signs also give information about what options/steps are located in the upcoming section. Icons and descriptive copy give more details about each section. Red is primary color to make truss signs stand out.
Textures are used to give further meaning. In the signs, while subtle, they can provide a layer of visual richness and a sparkle of secondary information. they could be used across many different projects.
The Numbers 1-4 represents 4 different entrances into each sections of the experience and the 4 steps each participant needs to take. Secondary icons beneath the section names show what other booths can be found in those sections. These were created to help guide participants through the expo and give them a sense of where they are in the process and improve the overall experience and traffic flow.

Secondary Signage
10x3 signs. The next level of signage retains the format of the truss banners and hangs from the curtain or appear above the curtain. Black is the primary color with white type, designed to for great readability, giving the most contrast.

Corral Signs and T-Shirt sizing signage. Red is the primary color on these signs. They are hung from s-hooks on black drape & help customers find the right person to help them.
Expo style guide was created to keep signage consistent across 29 events. A naming system was also created to easily locate items that need to be reproduces due to damage or loss and eliminate reproducing duplicate items.
